HANOVERTON — A group of United Local students recently had the chance to travel to a conference in Columbus, allowing them to engage more deeply with their education. At the district school board meeting in March, students Levi Lucas, Olivia Ashburn, and Scarlett Courtney showcased their experiences and insights gained from the trip to district administrators and school board members.
The conference provided a platform for these young learners to explore various educational topics and network with peers from other schools. Their presentations highlighted the importance of student involvement in educational discussions and decision-making processes.
